The amount of resources budgeted toward a wedding can be substantial, and with just 5 to 10 percent of the cost going to coordination for the day, couples can ensure that countless hours of planning time will be made easier and that they get the most for their money. Think about it: In addition to being the center of attention, you two are also the hosts of the celebration. If a last-minute snafu crops up, having a coordinator on board allows you to be charming, gracious hosts, rather than frazzled, last-minute problem solvers. You'll be able to truly enjoy every moment of the day with the peace of mind that all the details will come together as you envisioned!
Day of Event
For the Couple Who Have Already Booked Vendors and Planned the Wedding,
but Needs Someone to Manage All the Details so They Can Enjoy The Day
Investment: $1,800 (8 Hours Day-of)
We will takeover the planning process approximately 3 weeks prior to your wedding date and assist with:
•Review all the vendor contracts provided by client, and produce a wedding details packet to include all details and day-of wedding day timeline.
•Attend final details meeting with client, at venue if available.
•Contact Service Providers for arrival times, end times, and to confirm final details.
•Communicate venue’s policies and procedures for unloading, setup and tear down.
•Confirm all vendor orders and quantities on rental items.
•Distribute Client approved timeline to vendors at least 1 week before wedding date.
•Attend and Direct wedding rehearsal
•Attend sound check with band/DJ and review formalities and song selections
•Guide the bridal party through processional and recessional.
•Check details both big (final head count for caterer, number of place settings) and small (placement of favors, menus, napkin folds, etc).
•Check floor plans, lighting levels, cake placement.
•Assist with setup of seating cards, menu cards, table numbers, favors, etc.
•Cue all wedding professionals.
•Supervise vendors, setup, deliveries; handle emergencies; serve as liaison for bride.
•Keep event moving according to timeline.
•Collection of gifts and personal items, inventory and safe removal
•Prepare and handle final payments and gratuities to vendors
•Complimentary use of any in-house inventory!
*Up to 20 Coordination Hours Included, $75 per additional coordination hour
*Includes 2 KMT Associates on wedding day. $150 per additional hour day-of.
Month of Event
Ideal For Those who Have Finished all the Planning, but Needs a Professional to Take the Reigns in the Final Phase
Investment: $3,200 (8 Hours Day-of)
We will takeover the planning process approximately 6 weeks prior to your wedding date and assist with:
•Meet to discuss the planning you have done to date and produce custom planning timeline to address any unfinished details
•Manage final stationary procurement, production & printing
• Manage procurement of wedding items (up to 10 hrs)
•Call Guests who have not RSVP’d to confirm attendance, import guest meal selections and finalize with caterer on clients' behalf.
•Assist with seating charts & floor plan production as needed
•Manage transportation logistics
•Produce and disseminate wedding details vendor packets to include all pertinent day-of details for photo/video and entertainment
•Produce and disseminate wedding final details packet that include all pertinent day-of details for venue/caterer
•Manage & coordinate final drop off meetings
•Arrange and attend all final vendor meetings
•Arrange breakfast & lunch for day-of
•Assemble and drop-off hotel welcome totes (*Procurement additional fee)
*Up to 50 Coordination Hours Included, $75 per additional coordination hour

Taking on all of the planning details can be overwhelming no matter what, which is why we typically do recommend hiring a professional in some capacity. Don't forget, hiring a wedding planner doesn't mean signing your authority away—and you may not need an expert to assist with every aspect of your wedding. • Manage vendor relations for planning duration starting 7 months prior to the wedding
•Three in-person meetings- 7 months, 4 months & 6 weeks prior
•Assist in event design by consulting on color selections, linens, lighting, floral design, signage and accents
•Produce curated design story board based on theme, style, color palette & price range
•Wedding design style session (4 months prior)
•Assist with wedding stationary including invitations
(wording & tracking RSVPs)
•Consult on wedding menu, dessert & favor selections
• Create custom floor plans, & seating charts
• Produce custom vendor details packets
• Create and distribute day-of timeline & production timeline

We then accompany you to each site visit, create a custom planning timeline, meet to discuss all your wedding ideas, orchestrate the complete creative vision including wedding design, hiring & management of all wedding vendors, creation of timelines and layouts, negotiation of contracts, management of the budget, and overall direction of the entire planning process.

•Create master plan that maps out all the little details, from budget, ceremony music to favors
•Scout & advise on the top florists, photographers, caterers, bands, DJs and other vendors in your price range
•Assist with wedding website production
•Coordinate catering selection, gather proposals, coordinate tastings, and assist with details
•Quarterly in-person meetings (up to 4 included)
•Consult on cake design, flavors, and dessert selections
•Assist with guest accommodations at hotels
•Coordinate Rehearsal Dinner & Day after brunch
•Assist with honeymoon travel plans
